You need JavaScript enabled to view it. . - Your personal data is processed on the basis of Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, i.e. where processing is necessary for the purposes of the legitimate activities related to the Controller's projects, as well as within the framework of the granted consent for the processing of personal data in accordance with Article 6(1)(a).
- Your personal data will be processed:
- as part of information and educational activities related to the statutory activity of the Controller, concerning, among others, environmental protection, environmental education, geoinformation education, e.g. when we send a newsletter, e-mails containing information about projects or a request to join a project, participate in a competition or conducted campaigns - until you object to the processing of your personal data in this regard,
- in the event that we provide services to you electronically, which are operated by the UNEP/GRID-Warsaw Center, e.g. concerning the use of web or mobile applications, including the creation and management of an account or accounts to access such applications, and ensuring the operation of these accounts - until you object to the processing of your personal data in this regard,
- as part of carrying out projects in which we act on behalf and for the benefit of third parties (e.g. public administration bodies, European funds managers and other entities financing our statutory activities under grants, etc.) on the basis of separate statements regarding the processing of personal data, required for the implementation of such projects, to fulfil the reporting and other obligations,
- for the purposes of handling requests that are addressed to the UNEP/GRID-Warsaw Center (e.g. via the contact form or via e-mail).
- In connection with the processing of your personal data, you have the following rights:
- to request from the Controller access to your personal data,
- to request the Controller to erase your personal data, if this is in accordance with separate legal provisions,
- to object to the processing of your personal data,
- to lodge a complaint with the body supervising compliance with personal data protection regulations,
- to request the Controller to rectify your personal data,
- to request the Controller to restrict the processing of your personal data.
- In addition, we would like to inform you that in the event of voluntary consent to the processing of personal data, you have the right to withdraw your consent to the processing of data at any time by sending an e-mail to the Controller's address, which shall not affect the lawfulness of the processing carried out on the basis of such consent before its withdrawal.
- We will store your data for archiving purposes and in order to ensure the so-called accountability, i.e. to demonstrate our compliance with obligations under the law. We will store these data for the period during which the UNEP/GRID-Warsaw Center is obliged to retain the data or documents containing them in order to document compliance with legal requirements and enable public authorities to perform the compliance audit.
- All information constituting personal data is treated confidentially and is protected from unauthorized disclosure to third parties. This means that your personal data will not be transferred to other entities, nor will they be used for marketing purposes, unless separate consent has been given.
